Over the years Alex Dukhovny has had many interesting careers which included IT, marketing, sales, telecommunications, medical, real estate, and law related fields. In 2003 he joined California Academy of Mediation Professionals as a Statistical/Financial Analytical Administrator. The California Academy of Mediation Professionals ("CAMP") is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing quality mediation services as an effective and efficient alternative to formal court proceedings for the resolution of disputes. CAMP was established in May of 1995 by Jeffrey Krivis and received substantial grant funding under the Los Angeles County Dispute Resolution Program Act.

Few months later, with the suggestion of his employer and personal friend, Cynthia Greer who has been an Associate Dean at the Pepperdine University School of Law for 17 years, Alex completed the mediation training and never looked back.

Over the past years, Alex has mediated hundreds of small claims, limited and unlimited jurisdiction cases with great results. Mr. Dukhovny created a wonderful reputation in the Lancaster Small Claims Court and many other Los Angeles Courthouses throughout the LA County.

In 2006 Alex received a BA degree in Business and Human Relations. Mr Dukhovny has completed several respected mediation training courses, among which, is the Pepperdine's Mediating the Litigated Case and American Mediation's course. As well as being fluently proficient in Russian, Mr. Dukhovny also holds a degree in Internet, Multimedia and WWW from the CompuCollege of Los Angeles. Alex has always been interested in improving his skills and knowledge and will continue to do so every chance he gets.
