Company History

Right Triangle Mediation is the brainchild of Alex M. Dukhovny. After mediating hundreds of cases in the Small Claims, Limited and Unlimited Jurisdiction courts, as well as assisting in many business-to-business and merchant-to-consumer negotiations, Mr. Dukhovny saw the amazing benefit in mediation. However, as beneficial as mediation is, it is also, for the most part, inaccessible to the average person. RTM was established not only to provide affordable mediation services, but also to educate the public, and to introduce the advantages and benefits of this alternative dispute resolution. In 2007 RTM merged with American Mediation and history in virtual debt resolution was made.
